Shipping & Return Policy

What is your shipping policy and fees?

•United States-

All orders over $30.00 are always shipped FREE in the US!  Orders under $30.00 are $3.99 with First Class tracking.  Faster mailing options are available, if you need to have your nail strips rushed to you sooner, for an additional cost at check out. 

•Foreign Shipping-

•Currently we have shipping set up for the USA, The UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Germany and Ireland. We now do FREE TRACKED SHIPPING on international orders over $100.00. We charge a flat $5.00 for orders up to $30.00 to each of these countries. $5.00 shipping is untracked but you will be emailed a photograph of your package showing the mailing label. If you want tracking, make sure that you choose the option for tracked shipping. Purchases of $30.oo - $100.00 will be charged for tracked shipping based on the weight of the package with tracking, and the zone that your address is in. If you notice the shipping seems unusually high, please message us and we will be happy to put your address in and get you and exact quote, as shipping changes from time to time. We would love to sell to you wherever you are located. If you do not see your country on this list, but would like to buy from us, that is not a problem at all. Simply email us at or send a chat message with your address and we will set up shipping in our computer for your country. We are adding more countries as we expand our customer base. 

Shipping Rates for these countries is based on the weight of the package with tracking, and the zone that your address is in.

If a purchase is made to a foreign country that is over 3 ounces and not enough money for shipping was collected, Color Crush Nails reserves the right to contact buyer for funds due or to cancel transaction. 


Notice: For International customers who use non-tracked methods of shipment, if a customer has issues with not receiving their mail from us, Color Crush Nails reserves the right to refuse to mail orders to any customer, or require that customer to pay for tracked shipping on all of their orders, regardless of the value.

•Color Crush Nails, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  Please make sure you take care to accurately enter your correct mailing address.  If a package is delivered to the wrong address because you input the address incorrectly, we are not responsible, you can file a claim with USPS here: Claims.  If a package is returned to Color Crush Nails because you entered the wrong shipping address, you will need to pay for a new tracking label for the item to be mailed out to you again. Color Crush Nails sends all US packages with tracking. If a package shows that it has been received at your shipping address, we are not responsible to replace it. If a package shows as delivered please contact your local post office and ask them to geo locate the item. The tracking is encoded with geo location when it is delivered, and the post office will be able to locate the mail box it was delivered to. 


•If you prefer to use a different method of shipping than we have available on our website, please just send us an email at and we will happily look into other shipping alternatives for you.  

Please Note: Due to Covid 19, there may be shipping delays. Color Crush Nails cannot give an exact arrival date of your package, and we are not responsible for delays. Please be patient, as some areas of the country are impacted more than others.  In addition, Color Crush Nails is not responsible for lost packages. If your order has been tracked as delivered, and it has been more than 72 hours since the occurrence, please contact USPS at and you can use the tracking number provided in the email we sent you upon mailing your purchase to file a claim here Claims. Color Crush Nails is not responsible for damaged packages, please contact USPS to open a claim for damaged packages, you can file a claim with USPS here Claims

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns, or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to help.

What is your cancellation policy?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Due to our fast shipping timeframe, we cannot process any cancellations. Please expect all orders placed to be shipped. All sales are considered final.

All orders are shipped from our home base in California typically within one business day. On rare occasions we may take up to 3 business days. Orders with priority shipping with always be shipped as soon as possible. We know your time is valuable.

You will be sent a confirmation when your package is mailed, and an additional confirmation when your package is delivered. Any issues with your order must be emailed to within 5 days of receipt of the delivery email.
